Coach Flowers played at Dyer County and Kent State (2007-2010). After graduating from Kent State, he joined the Lake County coaching staff. Since 2003, Coach Flowers coached at Lake County (2013), South Gibson (2014-2016), Ripley (2017), Haywood (2018-2019), and Independence (2021-2022) before joining the Henry County coaching staff in 2022.
